The iLet Bionic Pancreas is an automated insulin delivery system that simplifies diabetes management by making critical decisions for the user. It requires only one key input – your weight.

Upon initialization, the iLet personalizes its operation based on your requirements, determining your basal insulin requirements, corrections needed to meet your glycemic targets, and mealtime insulin doses. The primary aim of this technology is to alleviate the burden associated with managing diabetes.

<li>No carb counting: Instead of meticulously counting carbohydrates, the iLet simplifies the process by requiring an estimate of the carbs in your meal—indicating whether it's a standard portion, more, or less.</li>
<li>No corrections: This system autonomously adjusts your insulin dosage based on your glucose trends. If your levels are high, it administers additional insulin to restore balance; if trending low, it reduces the insulin dosage accordingly.</li>
<li>iLet algorithms: The "Bionic" functionality of the iLet interfaces with your CGM to manage insulin dosing without the need for carb calculations, correction factors, or manual adjustments.</li>
<li>No preset basal rate: The iLet dynamically adapts your basal insulin rate without a fixed setting, catering to your evolving needs in real-time.</li>
<li>Simple setup: Operating with solely your weight as input, the iLet eliminates the necessity for manual adjustments or settings.</li>
<li>Compact design: The iLet is pocket-sized (2.3” x 3.5” x 0.6”), lightweight, and easily attachable to clothing for convenience.</li>
<li>Dexcom CGM integration: Seamlessly integrating with Dexcom G6 or G7 CGM devices, the iLet accurately assesses glucose trends in real-time.</li>
<li>Water-resistant: Featuring robust construction, the iLet can withstand submersion at depths up to 12 feet for 30 minutes without damage.</li>
</ul>

The iLet App complements the device by enabling data synchronization, offering detailed reports, and facilitating updates. Additionally, it enables data sharing with healthcare providers for comprehensive diabetes management.
